In the water and sanitation sector of El Salvador, Company H has long faced challenges in wastewater measurement. Wastewater contains a large amount of impurities, which interfere with traditional flow measurement equipment, resulting in large measurement errors. This leads to deviations in wastewater discharge statistics, environmental monitoring, and cost accounting, affecting work efficiency and making it difficult to meet the data accuracy requirements of environmental protection departments. Meanwhile, wastewater treatment scenarios are diverse, and traditional equipment has poor adaptability, low pipe diameter matching, a narrow flow measurement range, and insufficient stability and durability under harsh working conditions such as temperatures from -20°C to 120°C and pressures of 4.0 MPa, with frequent breakdowns and high maintenance and replacement costs.
2.Requirements
Company H urgently needs flow metering equipment with a measurement accuracy of 0.5% to ensure accurate wastewater metering. The equipment must be compatible with pipeline specifications such as DN50, have a flow range covering 3.5 - 35m³/h, be able to operate stably under working conditions of -20°C - 120°C and 4.0MPa, feature diverse signal outputs such as pulse, 4 - 20mA, and RS485 for easy integration with existing systems. The lining and electrodes need to be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, with the main body made of carbon steel to ensure strength, and a split structure for easy installation and maintenance.
