Split Carbon Steel Electromagnetic Flow Meter
GTEF50 series electromagnetic flowmeters utilize a Chinese-English electromagnetic converter and a high-speed CPU core. They offer extremely fast computing speed, high accuracy, and reliable measurement performance. The conversion circuit boasts a high input impedance of 750Ω, a common-mode rejection ratio exceeding 100dB, and better than 90dB of external interference and 60Hz/50Hz interference rejection. The valve body is constructed of carbon steel, offering high structural strength, strong pressure-bearing capacity, and relatively affordable cost. Suitable media include water, non-corrosive liquids, and abrasive slurries (relying on protective linings). Common applications include mining slurries, cement slurries, coal-water slurries in the power industry, non-corrosive high-pressure fluids, and certain sections of sewage treatment plants. The sensor utilizes non-uniform magnetic field technology and a unique magnetic circuit structure, resulting in a stable and reliable magnetic field. Connection options include flanges, threads, and clamps. The valve body can be lined with rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, and other materials. A variety of power supplies are available, including 85-265V/45-63Hz, DC24V, and battery.
